We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issue. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will guide you through the process. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is verified. Please note that shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
Certain products, such as earphones, chargers, and other personal-use accessories, cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are found defective. We also do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
